Super balances in NetBank and MyWealth

Sometimes it can be easy to forget that super is “real” money that belongs to you. But with nearly 10% of your income going into your super, it plays an important role towards saving for your future. So it makes sense to be able to view it at any time and keep track of it alongside your “other” money – things like savings, credit cards, mortgages and investment accounts.

 

Your super balance in NetBank, the CommBank app and MyWealth

If you’re an Accumulate Plus or Retirement Access member of Commonwealth Bank Group Super and you have a NetBank ID, you can see your account balance in NetBank, CommBank app and MyWealth (providing you haven’t opted out).

Here are a few things to note:

  • To see your account balance on these platforms, you must hold a Commonwealth Bank Group product that provides a NetBank ID.
  • When you log into these platforms (from 16 May 2015) , your super account balance will be automatically visible in NetBank, the CommBank app or MyWealth (providing you haven’t opted out).   • Once your account balance is visible in NetBank or MyWealth, you can set up a single sign-on through to your online super account – no need to remember separate login details for your super in the future! (Note: Single sign-on is not available from the CommBank app.)
  • In order to show you Group Super account balance, some information our fund holds about you will be exchanged with the Group (which may include companies in the Group where you are not an existing customer (which, as your super fund, we don’t know). For more information about how information may be exchanged for this purpose (including how you can opt out), you can refer to our privacy policy.

Note: Super account balances are only visible for Accumulate Plus and Retirement Access accounts in the fund and only within CommBank’s online banking platform. If you use online banking with Bankwest or another institution or if you are a Defined Benefit member of our fund, you can continue to directly log into your super account.

MyWealth is a CommBank investment hub that gives you one place to see your shares, property, cash and super. You’ll have access to tools, information and resources to help you build your wealth whether you’re an experienced investor or just starting out.

While some account information, such as CommBank accounts, CommSec shares and your Group Super account balance will automatically update in MyWealth, you can also add accounts or investments you hold with other providers to give you a complete view of your wealth position.
