HOW DO I…open an Accumulate Plus super account (Defined Benefit member)?


Things to know before you start:

  • The following information relates only to a Defined Benefit member of our fund who wants to open an Accumulate Plus account as well, for example to make additional super contributions, apply for insurance cover or receive contributions from other employers.
  • In some cases, you may already have an Accumulate Plus account, e.g. if you’ve received a government super co-contribution or made certain types of contributions in the past. If you already have an account, you will generally not need to open a new one.
  • An Accumulate Plus account will be separate to your Defined Benefits and will not affect your entitlements in that division.

Getting started:

Step 1:

Complete our Application for Accumulate Plus member account form (this form is temporarily unavailable). It’s important that you read the Member Guide (Product Disclosure Statement) and Reference Guides for Accumulate Plus before completing an application form.

Step 2:

Once we receive and process your completed forms, generally within a couple of days, we will send you a welcome kit, which will contain details of your new account.
