Log into Group Super Online or the Group Super App (oursuperfund.com.au/login)
The search will provide your super results within a few moments. If you find another account, you can then simply click to bring it all together into Accumulate Plus if you wish.
Step 1: If you have the name and Unique Super Identifier (USI) of your other super fund, as well as your account number handy, you can simply call us on 1800 023 928 to start the transfer process.
Step 2: Once we have these details from you, we’ll request the transfer electronically from your other fund, which will generally take a couple of days. Once we receive the super transfer, we’ll write to you confirming that the super is now in your Accumulate Plus account.
Note: We cannot initiate a transfer without the USI and account number of your other fund – if you don’t have these details handy, you can provide details about your Accumulate Plus account to your other fund and ask them to initiate a transfer (see below).
If you have the name and Unique Super Identifier (USI) of your other super fund, as well as your account number handy, you can complete our Request to transfer super form – you’ll only need to complete Part A of this form if you’re transferring just your super balance, i.e. no insurance.
Once we have received your completed form, we’ll request the transfer electronically from your other fund, which will generally take a couple of days. Once we receive the super transfer, we’ll write to you confirming that the super is now in your Accumulate Plus account.
Contact your other super fund to request a transfer of your super to Accumulate Plus. As well as your Accumulate Plus account number, you may need to provide some or all of the following information about Accumulate Plus:
Generally it should only take a couple of days for your other fund to make the transfer. Once we receive the super transfer, we’ll write to you confirming that the super is now in your Accumulate Plus account.
