Update on benefit statements for the period ending 30 June 2022

Updated 3 November 2022

We have been working with the fund’s member administrator to deliver a refreshed statement, where you will see important details with key visuals that allow for ‘at a glance’ awareness.

Your statement has been sent to you according to your selected preferred communication method (print or electronic).

Statements were sent depending on your membership:

  • Retirement Access members – from 27 October
  • Defined Benefit members – from 28 October
  • Accumulate Plus members – from 3 November

It's important that you receive and understand your statement. If you don't receive your statement within 10 working days of these dates, or if you have any questions about your statement or account, please call us on 1800 023 928

We are committed to ensuring your account information remains secure and accurate. Our latest edition of Group Super News, the newsletter that is sent with statements (and available online), provides more information about how account identification is used to protect your super against fraud.
